Requests to return items for refund or exchange are considered up to 30 days from date of purchase. Beyond this period, QSR cannot accept returned items.
To obtain authorization to return goods for refund or exchange, customers must contact us at email@example.com, stating the order number and reason for the return.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, returned items must be in the same condition that that they were received by the customer, with packaging intact.
Return requests should be approved by authorized staff at QSR Canada before the customer ships any returned items to us. See “Shipping” for more detail.
Any item that is damaged or missing parts, and where that damage was caused after the customer has accepted delivery of the item, will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Custom orders cannot be returned for any other reason than incorrect fulfillment of the order, or damage having occurred before the customer has received the items.
Altered items (cut, turned, planed, etc) will not be accepted for return.
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, QSR will send an email to the customer, giving notification that we have received the item(s), and of the approval or rejection of the refund or exchange request.
When refunds are approved, the refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within whatever the timeframe the specific banking and financial institution perform the transaction.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If a refund seems to have not been applied within the expected period, please contact your credit card company, and then your bank, if appropriate.
If no refund has been received and no satisfactory explanation has been given, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to assist you.
Items sold at reduced prices, where the sale price is more than 30% below the retail price, are not eligible for refund. They may be exchanged for alternative items, in which case the price paid will be applied as exchange credit. See “Exchanges” below for other terms.
QSR will replace all defective items if they meet the conditions outlined in the returns section above. An approved return request from QSR must be in place.
In cases where exchange for identical items are required, QSR will process and ship the exchange order within the usual lead time specified for new orders of those products.
Where exchanges for alternative items are required, and in cases where there is a remaining balance owed, processing and shipment will commence once the outstanding balance is paid.
In cases where an exchange and partial refund are necessary, QSR will process both the order and the refund in the same timeframe as for any new order and any other refund.
As with all orders, shipping costs and durations depend upon customer location.

The sender shall be responsible for all shipping costs when returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Refunds and exchanges cannot be granted in any case where QSR receives the returned item(s) in damaged or otherwise defective condition.
